Francis Holistic Medical Center is a holistic private practice that uses an integrative functional medicine approach based upon the Environmental Medicine model. We offer a holistic approach that takes into account the whole body and the many factors that influence your overall health. Our goal is get to the root cause of illness, to find the least invasive way to treat you, and to create a personalized treatment plan for continued good health.

 
The center was establised in 1993 by Dr. N. Thomas LaCava to provide safe effective treatments for allergies and complex chronic illnesses. We are located in West Boylston, Massachusetts, and serve adults and children in the central Massachusetts and the greater Boston MetroWest area.

Our approach to allergy treatment was developed in England as EoE diagnostic panel (EDP) and researched in the US as low dose allergens (LDA), and is 85% effective for many diseases.

Dr. LaCava has committed his practice to helping patients struggling with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivities, Lyme Disease, multiple allergies and other chronic complex illnesses.  He is known and recognized for uncovering the causes of diseases and unwellness and helping to restore healthy function where usual medical care has failed to do so.

Most patients we encounter have had their symptoms for months or even years. Many have tried conventional approaches to their problems and have seen many other practitioners without success. Our holistic approach uses an integrative functional medicine model to uncover the underlying root cause of disease which might be related to:

• Environmental toxicity
• Genetic susceptibilities
• Hormonal or nutritional imbalances

Our personalized treatment plans use more effective and less invasive treatment methods with the goal of restoring the body’s natural healing abilities.
